This self-assessment highlights aspects of the AD/HD experience from an adult's standpoint. It is not meant to serve as a diagnostic test, but rather a tool to help people recognize the characteristics that are frequently found with adult individuals who have AD/HD.  These issues must be chronic in nature vs. occasional issues.
